Does the resort provide halal dining options for guests?

Yes, halal food options are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Although a Muslim chef is not present on-site, strict measures are taken to ensure utensils are separate from non-halal foods. I made a reservation in 2020, but the hotel was closed during that time. Can I get a refund?
